- Ordinary container (dry container)
It is also called dry cargo container. It is mainly used for shipping groceries. It is usually used to ship dangerous chemicals, daily necessities, medicine, textiles, handicrafts, chemical products, Wujinjiaodian, electronic machinery, instruments and machine parts. Such containers account for 70% -80% of the total number of containers.
- Reefer container
There are two types: external and internal. The temperature can be adjusted from -28 ° C to + 26 ° C. The built-in container can freely start the freezer during transportation to keep the container at a specified temperature; while the external type must rely on the refrigerator equipped on the special container truck, ship and special yard, station for refrigeration. This box is suitable for transporting butter, chocolate, frozen fish, condensed milk, margarine and other items in the summer.
- Open top container
This type of container does not have a box top. A crane can be used to load and unload the goods from the top of the box. The top is covered with a tarpaulin during shipment. The watertightness requirements are the same as for dry containers. It is suitable for loading large objects such as glass plates.
- Flat rack container
There is no top and two sides of the box, which is characterized by loading and unloading from the side of the container. Taking overweight cargo as the main object of transportation, it is also convenient for loading livestock, and naked cargo such as steel can be exempted from packaging.
- Livestock container (pen container)
The side of this box is made of metal mesh, with good ventilation and easy feeding. It is a special container specially manufactured for transporting live animals such as cattle and horses.
- Tank container
Also called liquid container. It is a special container made for transporting liquid goods such as food, medicine, and chemicals. Its structure is to fix a liquid tank in a metal frame.
- Platform container
The shape is similar to railway flat car, suitable for loading overweight and long cargo, the length can reach more than 6 meters, the width is more than 4 meters, the height is about 4.5 meters, and the weight can reach 40 tons. Moreover, the two platform containers can be connected to hold 80 metric tons of cargo. It is extremely convenient to use this box to load and transport cars.
- Ventilated container
The box wall has ventilation holes, and the inner wall is coated with a plastic layer, which is suitable for loading fresh vegetables and fruits that are afraid of heat and stuffiness.
- Insulated container
There is a heat insulation layer in the box, and there are air inlets and outlets with adjustable angles on the top of the box. The outside air and wind direction can be used to adjust the temperature in the box. It is suitable for shipments that are sensitive to temperature and humidity.
- Bulk container
Generally there are 2-3 small hatches on the top for loading. There is a lifting frame at the bottom, which can be raised to a tilt angle of 40 ° for unloading. This box is suitable for bulk goods such as grain and cement. If you want to carry out plant quarantine, you can also steam and wash in the fumigation chamber.
- Free flowing bulk material container
It is basically the same as the bulk box, but the nozzle and straw are used for loading and unloading.
- Dress hanger container
A container suitable for shipping clothing items.
- Mini cube container
